I am a Life Coach and a Mentor.
I discovered coaching as I was transitioning in my career. I needed help to design my dream job to fit my needs after my diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis (AxSpa). My work with a coach has been a life changing process. I was convinced by the approach straight away, seeing the positive impact on my way to adapt to new circumstances due to my condition.
Then, I enjoyed two years of training and practice in coaching, to obtain a Diploma in Personal Performance. I am now coaching people, empowering them to move forward on their own journey towards a happier life.
Aside from my coaching practice, I am a patient advocate for an online community for people with AxSpa. I write articles on my personal story of living with a long-term condition. I am also a community moderator for this online community.
My background is in neuroscience and research. I have many years of experience in academic research, and moved recently into Healthcare research. My last project focuses on early interventions for diagnosis, treatment and care of a group of rare neurological disorders.
